Another J2ME rich client…
March 23rd, 2006
Another “new” company in the “ODP” business (on device portal), Everypoint. Interesting is that just got more funding (a total of 10m$). The product is J2ME based, but hard to see what will be the key differentiator with the others (SurfKitchen, Streamezzo, etc…)…One more on the watchlist….

Thanks a lot for noticing our app.
There are three innovations that make Everypoint applications different:
• A proprietary real-time content delivery engine that allows us to efficiently push content to handsets (Blackberry for the masses)
• An in-house vector based graphics engine with OTA capabilities that permits us to create crisp, vivid graphical images and animations (Flash for the masses)
• A powerful Rapid Application Development platform that enables us to create mobile applications quickly
The results are very advanced applications that contain amazing graphics, are always up-to-date, and can continuously be updated.
Cheers,
Marc
